We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Port Delivery Agent to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth multi-day touring operations and assisting with shore excursions during the season.

About You\

Strong knowledge of Australian Geography required\

Previous experience in travel/tourism is highly advantageous and knowledge of multi day touring is desirable\

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment\

Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines\

Good team player\

Ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook to high standards\

Comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks\

Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working\

Genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality\

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English\

Ability to travel if required\

About the Job\

You will be someone with a passion for promoting Australia by creating exciting multi day programs\

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a number of internal and external stakeholders\

Preparation of financial and content proposals according to client specifications & deadlines\

Achieve attractive margins on programs whilst understanding the market dynamics in the region\

Work with the Supply team to discuss and develop ideas for Pre and Post, Overland programs\

Work with the Commercial Development team to grow the programs through client relationships and identifying growth opportunities\

Work with the Pre, Post & Overland's Operations teams to ensure correct alignment between proposed and delivered services\

Ownership of communication and relationships with stakeholders, including cruise lines
