Operations and Delivery Expert

The Operations and Delivery Expert is a key role within the organization's operational structure, overseeing the delivery of services, team and staff management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage direct reports to ensure efficient and effective processes at the Port (Shorex operations)
  • Guarantee resources for operations and manage staffing accordingly
  • Develop continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders, including Port Authorities
  • Plan and book shore excursions at various ports in Australia
  • Oversee port operations incidents and review their impact on delivery
Requirements:
  • Capacity to manage teams for successful results
  • Ability to utilize MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook effectively
  • Comfortable adapting to change and resilient to setbacks or ambiguity
  • Able to solve problems independently and/or propose improvements to working methods
  • Agility in managing strategic priorities and day-to-day operational logistics
