Port Delivery Team Leader

Our team is looking for a Port Delivery Team Leader to join us in Sydney. As a Port Delivery Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services, managing teams and staff, and overseeing logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports to ensure efficient and effective processes at the port.
  • Guarantee proper resources to deliver operations and manage staffing accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Port Delivery Team Manager to ensure good commercial relationships with Cruise Lines.
  • Plan and book services for shore excursions at various ports in Australia.

Requirements:

  • High capacity to manage a team and deliver results.
  • Ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook.
  • Comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.
  • Available to work on weekends and/or holidays if required.
  • Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions to improve ways of working.
