As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in setting the direction and delivering strategic objectives across our business for Insurance operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement initiatives across insurance operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Develop and implement best practice claims handling with a focus on improved outcomes and reduced duration.
  • Partner with industry peers to strengthen our insurance capability and reputation as a thought leader.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and embed strong risk management practices.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver aligned, customer-first solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' leadership experience in Life Insurance operations within large, complex organisations with strong background in claims and/or underwriting in Life Insurance.
  • Proven ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and deliver transformation.
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven customer focus and a strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to quality, risk management, and customer-centric outcomes.
