EML Group is seeking experienced claims professionals to join our growing organisation.
We are a leading workers compensation and personal injury claims management business, committed to helping people get their lives back through ongoing support during their return-to-work journey.

As a senior team member, you will set the standard in claims management, guiding and supporting others around you through mentoring and coaching colleagues and leading by example to create a culture of collaboration.
Your Responsibilities- Proactively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims to achieve the optimum outcome of early and sustainable return to work with reasonable claim costs
- Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers, and other stakeholders to create an effective Return to Work strategy
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process, providing support, managing expectations, and ensuring timely access to required services to support return to work and injury recovery
- Assess aspects of liability and recovery relevant to the legislation or policies while undertaking ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements and payments
- Respond to escalations and provide coaching and mentoring to other members of the team
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing claims within the New Zealand Accident Compensation Scheme is mandatory
- You must currently be residing in Australia to be eligible for relocation bonus
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer-centric support
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Careful consideration to detail with a high concern for accuracy to manage stakeholder engagement
- A team player who likes to work collaboratively and can also work independently
