
Education Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading compliance and quality assurance initiatives across nationally funded training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all operational, training, assessment, data reporting, and recordkeeping practices meet internal quality standards and external audit requirements.
- Lead compliance audits and validations, manage rectification actions, support continuous improvement processes, and facilitate staff understanding of compliance obligations through training and guidance.
- Collaborate with education managers and the rest of the education team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification/s in relevant discipline/s, including compliance, education, and management.
- Minimum two (2) years education leadership experience in the community education or Vocational Education and Training sector, specifically compliance focused.
- Broad understanding of the contractual, legislative, and regulatory environment in which we operate.
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring data collection and reporting.
- Passion for community development and education.
- Proven ability to manage time and plan priorities to realise agreed deadlines in a complex environment with competing demands.
- Communication, engagement and negotiation skills with a focus on diverse communities and team collaboration.
