This is an exciting opportunity to join our healthcare team as a Compliance Professional. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our hospital operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will ensure compliance with NSQHS standards, OH&S, Infection Control, and Privacy regulations.
- You will conduct audits, track corrective actions, and maintain compliance records.
- Monitoring service delivery against KPIs, generating reports, and driving improvements are all essential parts of this role.
- You will also support accreditation processes and incident reporting workflows.
- Coordinating staff training on compliance and quality requirements is another critical responsibility.
- Reviewing policies, SOPs, and procedures, ensuring timely updates and communication is vital.
- Leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and quality outcomes is a key aspect of this position.
- A Diploma/Certificate in Healthcare or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Two to three years' experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or auditing role is necessary.
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks is crucial.
- Experience with incident management systems and accreditation processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and recommend improvements are essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare operations are necessary.
- A current Police Check and Working With Children Check are required.
