The Position

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will ensure compliance with NSQHS standards, OH&S, Infection Control, and Privacy regulations.

  • You will conduct audits, track corrective actions, and maintain compliance records.
  • Monitoring service delivery against KPIs, generating reports, and driving improvements are all essential parts of this role.
  • You will also support accreditation processes and incident reporting workflows.
  • Coordinating staff training on compliance and quality requirements is another critical responsibility.
  • Reviewing policies, SOPs, and procedures, ensuring timely updates and communication is vital.
  • Leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and quality outcomes is a key aspect of this position.
The Person We Seek
  • A Diploma/Certificate in Healthcare or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Two to three years' experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or auditing role is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks is crucial.
  • Experience with incident management systems and accreditation processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and recommend improvements are essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare operations are necessary.
  • A current Police Check and Working With Children Check are required.
