System Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of System Improvement Specialist.

This position will be responsible for analysing and enhancing enterprise resource planning, production tracking, quality control, and logistics systems.

The successful candidate will gather and document business and system requirements across production, warehouse, quality assurance, and management teams.

  • Improve ERP modules covering procurement, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure seamless integration with automated manufacturing processes.
  • Integrate visual monitoring systems into production processes to enhance product quality.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualisation tools to monitor performance indicators such as output, downtime, and defect rates.
  • Support predictive maintenance initiatives by analysing equipment data and reporting potential issues.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance of quality assurance systems with FSSC 22000 standards and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors to implement system improvements.
  • Provide technical support, staff training, and maintain documentation to ensure system continuity.
Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar ICT role.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and process improvement.

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or quality control environments will be highly regarded.

Proficiency in Java, SQL, APIs, or data visualisation tools desirable.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
