Logistics Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our logistics team and guarantee contractual commitments are met, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to first-level alerts, analyze problems or doubts raised by the logistics team, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in identifying and improving work standards with the line manager.
  • Manage and handle parts, components, materials, and subassemblies in the warehouse to supply production units.
  • Perform warehouse acceptance, physical and logical incoming and outgoing operations, and record them in the ERP system.
  • Organize inventories, analyze deviations, and conduct onsite shipping, receiving, warehousing, and handling activities.
  • Provide internal distribution and transport of products, subassemblies, components, consumables, and tools.
  • Manage the warehouse for finished products and spare parts for customer support.
  • Process customer delivery routings, ensure delivery times, accompanying documents, and supervise contractors for transport and customs transactions.

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating a team of four to six people and responding to first-level alerts. You'll also participate in Kaizen projects and track indicators in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of production processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in industrial management control, inventory management, and flow management methodologies.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement and management tools, such as Lean and PDCA.
  • Practice of analytical and problem-solving techniques, including PDCA.
