Job Summary

About the Role

This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily deliveries, supervising a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

  • Supervise and train team members to improve their performance and ensure they meet company standards.

  • Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Monitor and control costs associated with deliveries and develop strategies to reduce expenses.

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in logistics or a related field.

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
