We are seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants to work on our 24/7 programs in Ballarat, focusing on providing care for individuals with high complex care needs and challenging behaviours.

This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can provide person-centred care with a focus on dignity, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing travel support to clients' homes to assist with all aspects of care.
  • Maintaining clear communication channels and promptly reporting any changes in clients' health status.
  • Adapting care plans to address the unique requirements of each client.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with ABI's and/or complex care needs.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance or willingness to undertake one.
  • A valid Australian Driver's License.
  • A reliable and comprehensive insured vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanour.
