About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Caregiver Assistants. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing person-centred care.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lending a hand with daily life tasks, ensuring our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed
- Working collaboratively with our team to support residents with complex needs
- Helping to keep our residents' bodies and minds active through various activities
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and computer skills
- Being a friend and advocate for our residents, respecting their privacy and dignity
You Will Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have a real desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Have experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Are a solid communicator and team player
