Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and making a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

In this role, you will be working in various Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments across Ballarat, providing support and care to individuals with complex needs.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working with a diverse range of clients and supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with physical and personal care needs, as well as experience in supporting individuals in SIL environments.

In addition to your experience, you will also need to hold a valid NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certificate, and an Australian driver's license with fully insured vehicle.

About the Role
  • Deliver person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in various SIL environments across Ballarat
  • Provide support and care to individuals with complex needs, including physical and personal care
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Experience working with people with physical and personal care needs
  • Experience in supporting individuals in SIL environments
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Australian driver's license with fully insured vehicle
