Job Title

Caregivers Wanted for Aged Care Positions

We are seeking skilled caregivers to deliver high-quality care to our residents. As a team member, you will work across a fortnightly roster, providing support and care to residents with diverse needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents to live their lives with choice and independence
  • Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs and wants of residents through assessment and observation
  • Deliver personal care tasks, including daily hygiene, dressing, and continence management
  • Identify and escalate changes in resident behavior, cognition, or physical attributes to supervisors
  • Report incidents and alert RNs as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Experience in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
  • Ability to prioritize workloads
