Job Opportunity: People and Culture Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for Human Resources administration, encompassing employee lifecycle activities within our HR Information System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the entire HRIS process, including employee onboarding, management, and offboarding
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on recruitment, policies, procedures, and HRIS functionalities
  • Evaluate compliance with probity and working rights requirements, ensuring adherence to established standards
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team on various tasks, including data analysis and reporting
