HR Operations Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing quality customer-focused services to internal and external customers
  • Resolving customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Escalating queries where appropriate to Workday Specialists, Regional HR Operations teams, Centres of Expertise or Strategic HR Business Partners
  • Actively supporting and executing compliance in the HRIS, including onboarding new employees, processing change management, and assisting with troubleshooting errors and navigation
  • Maintaining knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the broader HR Operations teams (Global HR Operations Team, HRIS Workday Administration and Payroll)
  • Ensuring day-to-day activities are provided in accordance with HR's KPIs and SLAs, and providing feedback to improve function
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in provided HR Operations/Shared Services support to employees
  • Knowledge of Fair Work and the National Employee Standards
  • HRIS experience advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good at diagnosing clients' needs and finding a way to solve them
  • Efficient in the implementation of administrative duties
