About the Position

We are seeking a Business Continuity Specialist to join our Risk Management Team.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for reviewing, driving and improving the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Framework and programs. This includes facilitating business impact assessments, business continuity planning, training and scenario testing to minimise threats and make use of opportunities.

You will collaborate with the emergency response group and risk coordinator network to facilitate and review crisis scenarios, business impact assessments, business continuity and crisis management plans, research new emerging risks, training and awareness and testing & notification system administration.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have a Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance or Engineering, along with additional Risk management certifications and at least 5 years' experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management. You must also possess effective problem-solving skills, experience engaging and managing multiple stakeholders, impeccable communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
