
Crisis Management Lead

This senior crisis management position is a key role within the service design and delivery division, delivering quality practice, clinical leadership, and evidence-based advice across national services.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, promoting high-quality consistent crisis support. Develop comprehensive annual operational plans and oversee policy development, frameworks, and guidelines.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through active participation in meetings and orchestrate public-facing content for marketing and fundraising initiatives.
Collaborate with the government relations team to provide timely information for grant-related reporting and engage in clinical governance and practice committee meetings.
To succeed, you will have a strong work ethic, ability to hit the ground running, and:
- a minimum undergraduate degree in psychology, counselling, mental health nursing or social work with current registration
- 5+ years of experience in operational management, including practice management, budgeting, analytics, and resource allocation
- 5+ years of experience in managing professional teams, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring
You will also be familiar with applicable State/Territory policies, national standards for mental health, suicidality, child protection, and domestic violence, experienced in delivering verbal and written clinical advice, and possess project management expertise.
