Job Description:

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members to drive successful crisis management initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of response processes with business objectives.
  • Maintain and continuously improve group-level plans.
  • Lead operational-level responses that impact people, customers, reputation, or operations.
