Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business resilience and crisis management initiatives. As our Business Continuity and Crisis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational resilience and protecting value across the organization.

This critical position is grounded in a comprehensive Crisis & Emergency Management Framework and Business Continuity Work Program. You will provide coaching and guidance on best practices, tools, templates, and methodologies to empower business leaders and teams to effectively manage disruptions.

With full ownership of the Resilience Program, you will have the opportunity to drive positive change in risk culture and foster a proactive approach to business continuity and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units and teams to develop and implement operational resilience strategies.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance on business continuity planning and crisis management techniques.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a large corporate environment.
  • Postgraduate studies in business continuity and/or crisis management (not essential).
  • In-depth technical knowledge and experience with operational resilience.
  • Skill in using leading business resilience and crisis management techniques.
