Key Financial Lines Claims Advisor

Seek a talented professional to handle specialist financial lines claims with a focus on client advocacy, providing high-quality technical advice and support from first notification through to final settlement.

  • Manage complex claims in accordance with company processes and Client Service Agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for claims referral and collaborate with our Advocacy team on claims issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of insurance claims experience preferably in financial lines. A Law Degree and experience in the legal environment or ANZIIF qualifications are advantageous but not a prerequisite.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Able to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, insurers, and their representatives.
