About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BDO. As a Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development through expert financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to team management of workflow and output, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Manage client engagements and relationships, providing exceptional service and expertise.
  • Lead, advise, and assist on business services, accounting, and tax engagements, leveraging your knowledge and skills to drive results.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, adhering to regulatory, accounting, and financial reporting standards.
  • Perform tax planning tasks for clients, preparing advice on business operations and regulatory matters.
  • Work autonomously on tax and FBT returns, identifying non-compliance issues and developing solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support for virtual CFO engagements with clients, offering expert guidance and insights.
  • Engage in coaching and mentoring staff on engagements, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
