About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at BlueRock Group. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation for our clients, leading teams, and managing strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Oversee Client Accounts: Lead multiple client accounts, ensuring successful systems implementation and integration projects.
  • Consult with Clients: Work with clients to identify their software needs and translate these into actionable project plans.
  • Lead Project Plans: Develop and lead project plans for the implementation of software systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop Strong Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-level customer service and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Client Transition: Help clients transition from legacy systems to new solutions, mitigating any challenges and ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Deliver Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients, empowering them to utilize new systems to their full potential.
  • Stay Current with Software Trends: Stay up-to-date with software trends, particularly CRM systems like HubSpot, to provide up-to-date solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to enhance service delivery.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8-10 years in digital or management consulting.
  • Experience leading digital transformation projects and client engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
