About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at BlueRock Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation, leading client engagements, and managing strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring successful systems implementation and integration projects.
  • Consulting: Consult with clients to identify their software needs and translate these into actionable project plans.
  • Project Leadership: Lead project plans for the implementation of software systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-level customer service and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Transition Management: Facilitate client transition from legacy systems to new solutions, mitigating any challenges and ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients, empowering them to utilize new systems to their full potential.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with software trends, particularly CRM systems like HubSpot, to provide up-to-date solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to enhance service delivery.

Requirements
  • Experience: 8-10 years in digital or management consulting.
  • Leadership: Experience leading digital transformation projects and client engagements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
