Fujitsu is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Professional Services Director to lead the end-to-end delivery and P&L of Professional Services capability, outcomes, and value creation for customers for Digital Shifts and Cyber Security aligned offerings, products, and services within Oceania.
Key Responsibilities- Champion a culture of customer centricity, collaboration, digital transformation, and delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement that differentiates Fujitsu within the Oceania market.
- Liaise with Fujitsu leaders (Industry, Portfolio, Partner) locally, regionally, and globally to collaborate on relevant and high-value customer initiatives/offerings, to bring the best of Fujitsu to our customers.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to lead and support go-to-market strategies for Digital Shifts and Cyber Security offerings, products, and services.
- Financial Management (including P&L) of Professional Services Digital Shifts and Cyber Security cost, revenue, margin, and growth outcomes aligned to Oceania Uvance (UT&S) GTM strategies and Oceania growth targets.
- Responsible for ensuring focus on the establishment and execution of growth strategies and plans as they pertain to Digital Shifts and Cyber Security portfolio and partners to generate an improved revenue and profit position.
- Work with the customer teams (Architects, Sales, CSM, Delivery etc.) to ensure each strategic account's strategic Growth Plan (including business & technology roadmap, relationship matrix, and life cycle plan) leverages Digital Shifts and Cyber Security offerings, products, and services, inclusive of partner value.
- Proven track record in Professional Services covering Customer Management, Projects, Architecture, Sales, and/or Consulting.
- Demonstrable ability to articulate the value of Professional Services including partnering, projects, programs, and consulting experience.
- Extensive experience and proven success in leading development and execution of Professional Services partner growth strategies and outcomes, including financial outcomes and objectives, in large organisations.
- Extensive consulting, architecture, and/or delivery experience within the Digital Shifts and Cyber Security domains.
- Evidence of consistent and caring people leadership behaviours, leading large technology and/or business consulting teams (20+ people).
- Ability to inspire others, recognise success, and build confident, capable teams.
- Extensive knowledge of IT Services and technologies, including good breadth of knowledge across all IT domains including EUC, Compute, Network, Security with focus on next-generation domains such as DWS, Hybrid IT, and Business Applications.
- Ability to tailor messaging according to audience: C-level stakeholders to technical architects.
