Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 20-25 member relationships with prominent global enterprise and public sector organizations, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business success.
- Leverage your expertise to create innovative service solutions for clients, utilizing Gartner's products and resources to address their mission-critical priorities.
- Develop and deliver customized advisory solutions, assessing client needs and developing tailored service plans to drive business outcomes.
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars, to engage with clients and provide thought leadership.
- Present or facilitate at local Gartner events, showcasing your expertise and building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Build strong partnerships with Gartner's sales and other business units, collaborating to ensure client engagement and renewal of Gartner business.
- 15+ years of progressive career experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a strong background in IT and digital transformation.
- Extensive knowledge of CIO focus areas, IT industry trends, and priorities, including the challenges faced by technology executives and the value of Gartner's advisory services.
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations and account scenarios.
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrable sales and business development experience with CXO-level executives, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
- Curious and hungry to learn, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Committed to making others successful, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Willing to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work virtually and travel up to 25% locally and domestically.
