Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects with a strong focus on safety.

  • Prioritise workplace health and safety above all else, developing and owning the project management plan.
  • Guide, mentor, and coach the project management team to ensure they meet performance expectations and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets & financial performance, and oversee the development of effective work plans.
  • E nsure projects adhere to the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and all legislative requirements. Manage compliance with inspection and test plans to maintain project quality.
  • Foster effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry project management.
  • Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A valid Car Driver's License and WHS for Managers and Supervisors certification.
  • A Diploma of Project Management is desirable.
