Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our project management team in the commercial construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results, with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with a focus on workplace health and safety, developing and owning the project management plan.
  • Guide, mentor, and coach the project management team to ensure they meet performance expectations and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Manage project schedules, financial performance, and oversee the development of effective work plans.
  • Ensure projects adhere to national regulations and standards.
  • Foster effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek out improvements to ensure best practices and a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for new opportunities.
  • Appoint subcontractors and ensure compliance requirements are met.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry project management.
  • Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A valid driver's license and WHS certification.
  • A Diploma of Project Management is desirable.
