
Strategic Project Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of development and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our company as we embark on our 2030 strategy.
We are seeking a skilled project manager with strong technical and leadership abilities to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting and commercial risk
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Develop and implement project management plans, including scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering, construction, or property development
- Strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with local development approval processes and infrastructure planning in Tasmania (or other states)
