  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about relevant policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide expert guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Formal tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., nursing, social work, or psychology).
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations or in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
