
Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Administration Support Specialist to coordinate our office.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Greet clients and carers, speak with them regarding our services, and collect compliance items from carers.
- Keep employee information current, liaise with office staff, and assist with administrative tasks as directed by management.
- Collaborate with other departments on scheduling tasks when required.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, proficiency in standard computer programs, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with customer service principles is desirable, as is experience working in a fast-paced environment. A National Police Check, Current Driver's Licence, and Current First Aid/CPR certificates are mandatory requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities:The Administration Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This includes:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and carers
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
- Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication
- Collaborating with the Rostering Department on scheduling tasks
