About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate Employment Coach to join our team in Cranbourne. As an Employment Coach, you will actively engage with participants to overcome career challenges, develop essential skills, and achieve their employment goals.
You will be part of a supportive and result-driven team dedicated to our vision of well-being, independence, and opportunity for everyone.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalised action plans.
- Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
- Use sales strategies to work collaboratively and network with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
- Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
- Refer participants through training, counselling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously within a broader team environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or administration.
Key skills include time management, organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise to achieve outcomes. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.
Requirements:- Current valid Driver's License, willingness to drive, and own registered vehicle with a 4-5 star ANCAP safety rating.
