Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs and creating personalized action plans.
  • Conduct career assessments and help clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and employers to create opportunities for participants.
  • Assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Refer participants to relevant training, counseling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their career goals. You will have experience in administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and outlined KPI targets.

  • Experience in customer service, client-facing, or an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with well-developed verbal and written skills.
  • Strong interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills.
