Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished executive to work with our Board and General Managers to fulfill the obligations of this position. As Interim Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment of a permanent Executive Officer, working closely with our human resources team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our region. You will be responsible for supporting the Chair, Deputy Chair, and members of the Board, as well as working with our General Managers to achieve our goals. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving our strategic planning, priority setting, advocacy, and intergovernmental cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chair, Deputy Chair, and members of the Board in fulfilling their obligations.
  • Work closely with our General Managers to achieve our strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of our regional strategic plan.
  • Represent our organisation at key stakeholders' meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven executive experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
