Rural and regional communities in Australia are looking for visionary leaders to join their Boards of Directors.

About the Role

As a Director, you will work alongside a progressive and transformational Board to provide strategic oversight, ensure strong governance, and champion innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply values and fundamentals in Board decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
  • Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes

Requirements:
