Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Meaningful Connections Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in developing and implementing communications plans that help us achieve our purpose: supporting people to live a meaningful life with mental health and wellbeing outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of the principles of recovery-oriented practice and peer work values, and has experience applying lived expertise purposefully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications plans and activities that align with our purpose
  • Connect with and be part of existing networks
  • Support the team in providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in communications, digital communications, public relations, marketing (or related discipline) and/or relevant experience in a communications environment
  • Understanding of recovery-oriented practice and peer work values and experience applying lived expertise purposefully
  • Experience in implementing effective communication and engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating activities across a broad range of communications channels
  • Strong writing and editing skills across print and online channels, with the ability to adapt writing style, tone and voice for different audiences
