We are seeking a dedicated Manager for Sterilisation Services to oversee operations in a full-time capacity. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced Nurse, Allied Health professional, or Instrument Technician committed to excellence in sterilisation practices.

Role Responsibilities

The Manager of Sterilisation Services plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care and outcomes while maintaining financial accountability. You will serve as a role model, advocating for evidence-based practices and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring team members
  • Upholding best practices and quality standards
  • Fostering a collaborative and compassionate work environment
  • Managing specific portfolios with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Motivating the team to achieve collective goals

Qualifications Required

  • Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with AS 5369, GENCA, and relevant international sterilisation standards
