About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse, Allied Health professional or Instrument technician to join our team as a Manager Sterilising services in a Full-Time ongoing position at Dandenong Hospital.

The Manager Sterilising position is an exciting and challenging one and is integral to the delivery of a model of care ensuring outstanding care and outcomes as well as financial accountability.

You will be a role model, delivering and supporting evidence-based practice. Responsibilities will be in the risk mitigation strategies you advocate, accountability for professional development of yourself and others, whilst also supporting adequate skill mix.

What you need:

  • Have a certificate IV Sterilising Services or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of AS 5369, GENCA and associated international standards relevant to sterilisation processes
