About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and engineers
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, costing, and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or project management industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Teambinder, and other project management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
