About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of our infrastructure projects, working closely with our project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Stakeholders
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinating project activities, including design review, procurement, construction, and financial reporting.
  • Technical Investigations
    • Conducting technical investigations and presenting reports to project managers.
  • Project Administration
    • Ensuring capital works projects are delivered within allocated time, budget, and quality parameters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary Qualifications
    • A degree in Project Management and/or Engineering.
  • Infrastructure Experience
    • Significant exposure in the delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads, footpaths, and other civil works.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and Primavera 6.
  • Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.

Benefits
