About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Tenders team at Canon Medical Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our State and Regional Managers and Account Managers in the preparation of Tenders and Quotations, as well as the subsequent administration of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the key elements of each offer and articulating our solution clearly and effectively from the directions of the relationship and management teams.
  • Preparation of Request for Tenders, Request for Proposal (or Quotes), Expression of Interest, Requests for Information, Panel Contracts (including Standing Offer Agreements) or any similar requests from customers.
  • Engage with all bid stakeholders, internal and external, on all aspects relating to responses to ensure that the preparation and submission of responses meet the set deadlines.
  • Assist stakeholders in contract administration in particular with successful tenders.
  • Responsible for maintaining a copy of all bid submissions and contract documentation.
  • Ensure that Product Brochures and other supporting response documents are up to date.
  • During bid submission stage, ensure that all technical and clinical responses are written, reviewed and updated in accordance with requirements and expectations set out by the stakeholders during the kick-off discussions and/or opportunity notes.
  • Assist with project management at head office and at local offices as required, to facilitate the requirements of the Tenders Team's responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • An aptitude to research and prepare technical responses
  • Prior experience in contract administration and a sound knowledge of contracts and tenders processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administration and project management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office and Share Point
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
