We are currently seeking a Community Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Pete's Place. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in your local community by helping us deliver high-quality services that foster respect and support for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • As a first point of contact for clients, you will provide a warm and welcoming environment, assisting with daily needs and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • You will facilitate the entry and assessment process for new clients, supporting the daily operations of the site and collaborating with case managers to deliver tailored support plans.
  • Maintain accurate client records, adhering to quality standards and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Engage clients in activities, guide them through services, and advocate for their needs with external agencies.

**Requirements and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
