Your Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients at Pete's Place, ensuring a warm, safe, and inclusive space that meets their daily needs. You will work collaboratively with case managers to deliver tailored support plans that respect and respond to each client's unique requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the entry and assessment process for new clients, supporting the daily operations of the site.
  • Collaborate with case managers to develop personalized support plans, focusing on trauma-informed care practices and quality standards.
  • Maintain organized client records, adhering to high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Engage clients in activities, guide them through services, and advocate for their needs with external agencies.

Benefits
