About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Accommodation Services team. As a Support Specialist, you will provide essential assistance to our high-needs clients, aiding with personal care and daily tasks.

Our team promotes autonomy and supports residents around the clock, fostering independence within a shared living environment. Your role will involve handling complex situations with empathy and composure, making a meaningful impact on others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients with high needs, including personal care and daily tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote autonomy and independence in clients
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external agencies
  • Contribute to the development of individualized plans for clients
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience working with high-needs disability clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
