We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our dedicated team.

The role offers daily challenges and the chance to truly impact the lives of individuals living with disabilities.

About The Role:

This Disability Support Professional will provide essential assistance to clients, aiding with personal care and daily tasks.

You will support clients who use wheelchairs and have additional medical needs, ensuring they receive the necessary care.

Our team promotes autonomy and supports residents around the clock, fostering independence within a shared living environment.

Your role will involve handling complex situations with empathy and composure, making a meaningful impact on others.

About You:

  • Confident in engaging with clients effectively, building positive relationships, and supporting their unique needs.
  • Resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible, with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • Able to pass a National Criminal History Check.
