About the Role

The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Liaison to join our team in this dynamic role. As a Community Support Liaison, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centered services that foster a respectful and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for clients at Pete's Place, assisting with their daily needs.
  • Facilitate the entry and assessment process for new clients and support the daily operations of the site.
  • Collaborate with case managers to deliver tailored support plans that respect and respond to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain organised client records and ensure adherence to high standards of quality and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Engage clients in activities, guide them through services, and advocate for their needs with external agencies.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
