Claims Investigation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CTP Claims Investigator to join our team in Sydney.
This permanent opportunity is part of our Health and Recovery division, offering hybrid working arrangements with flexibility to work from home up to four days per week after training.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into suspicious CTP claims to detect and respond to fraudulent activities. This includes analyzing documentation to identify patterns and anomalies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to share information and coordinate strategies.
Additionally, you will review and strategize on identified red flag claims, recommend continuous improvements to deter fraud and escalate fraudulent matters to the regulator. Your goal will be to ensure effective detection and prevention of fraudulent activities within the CTP claims process.

We are looking for someone with:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in investigations and managing fraud risk
- Inquisitive with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant Legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A law degree is desirable but not required
