Investigator Role

About the Position:

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into Workers Compensation and CTP claims in various locations across Sydney, Greater Sydney, and NSW.
  • Engage with key parties, gather evidence, and prepare thorough investigation reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with the support team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and draft detailed factual reports.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence (Class 2E).
  • Possess a valid driver's licence and vehicle.
  • Experience conducting similar investigations is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation to meet deadlines.
  • As a contractor: Establish as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and maintain relevant insurances.
