Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

In this leadership role, you will oversee the design and implementation of robust supply chain management frameworks for a major manufacturer in the aged care sector.
- Develop and deploy business analytics tools to track production costs and distributor performance.
- Create demand forecasting methodologies and tools tailored to our unique production needs.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
- Implement a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework connecting forecasts to production.
- You have a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and a background in food manufacturing or healthcare distribution.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and production systems analysis, supply chain, or similar roles.
- Qualifications in supply chain management and/or finance are desirable.
