About the Role
As a Supply Chain Optimizer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations by optimizing inventory, reducing waste, and enhancing supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough analysis of current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of supply chain initiatives.
4. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform supply chain decisions.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply chain goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. supply chain management, business administration).
- Proven experience in supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
